Joe Basili
Joe brings over 20 years of industry knowledge to his role managing ETMA. ETMA is a non-profit industry trade association. His areas of focus for ETMA include program management, recruiting new members, and advocacy of the association’s positions with the media and carriers. He is a recognized thought leader who has conducted research and developed benchmarks writing extensively on topics that include telecom/technology expense management (TEM), managed mobility services, MMS, mobile device management, MDM, Managed Mobility Services and network performance management. Joe is a keynote speaker at conferences and contributor to publications and blogs for IT, finance and procurement professionals. His work with ETMA’s LinkedIn client forum, social media, Tweets and other activities promote industry standards, market knowledge and best practices. His recent work includes business case analysis, research, analysis of Business Process Outsourcing, hosted and licensed software for TEM, invoice management, billing and e-media and payment automation. Joe holds a B.A. with a double major in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University. He is a runner, swimmer, technology enthusiast, and music fanatic with over 10,000 songs on his iPhone.

An Indiana native and resident, Jim serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for OVATION Wireless Management, headquartered in the greater Charlotte area of North Carolina. OVATION is a privately held Managed Mobility Services provider focused on simplifying mobility management with a comprehensive suite of lifecycle management services for enterprise and mid-market customers.
