ETMA, the Enterprise Technology Management Association, members elected new At-Large Executive Board officers: Denise Booms-Pepin, Christian Cor and re-elected Eric Sendelbach at its recent conference in Denver.
ETMA is an independent non-profit association that was established by Solutions Providers for Solutions Providers. Its core audience includes executives from ETMA member firms: primarily Technology Management, Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Managed Mobility Services (MMS), Wireless Expense Management (WEM) and firms in adjacent areas. Members work together to drive industry standards, best practices and ethics while educating the enterprise about the value industry members’ solutions provide.ETMA’s Executive Board is critical to driving greater levels of success for the organization and helping to promote the industry. In addition, the executive board works to support the organization’s mission:
- Growing the size of the market.
- Fostering ongoing performance improvement through open industry standards and best practices.
- Promoting the industry to enterprises, carriers and analysts.
- Advocating for ETMA members.
- Promoting fair, ethical business practices to ensure a positive industry image, and taking action on ethics complaints.

Christian Cor, CEO of Saaswedo said, “after being part of ETMA a few years, I believe that there is a lot to be done in the industry as an organization. All members must face many of the same challenges and exploring ways to use combined forces to resolve them is an exciting driver. The industry is also facing a major scope enlargement change with the Cloud service taking over on traditional infrastructures. Many other changes in the market are challenging us on daily bases. An organization as ETMA, concentrating members’ energies can create for them a lot of value. I’m really excited to be part of it.”

Solutions Providers set the agenda and priorities for ETMA and they ensure that all actions are designed to serve member companies, not to profit from them.
