The Enterprise Technology Management Association ETMA, voted for Mobile Solutions and Mer Telemanagement Solutions Ltd. (MTS) for the ETMA Best Practices award at its recent September 11th -12th meeting in San Francisco. A tie vote among ETMA members lead to the two firms being selected for the award.
MTS (https://www.mtsint.com) won for its Map-to-WinSM Approach which they invented and branded. Mobile Solutions’ (https://www.mobilesolutions.net) best practice revolves around customizing its solutions to meet the unique needs of clients. Delivering and execution of custom solutions enables Mobile Solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.
A Best Practice is a technique or methodology that, through experience and research, has proven to reliably lead to a desired result. A Best Practice is accepted or prescribed as being correct or most effective. ETMA’s selection criteria included a review of the results from implementing the best practice and how value being achieved, fulfilled and validated in the marketplace.
“We are honored to have our Map-to-WinSM approach recognized by ETMA with the 2017 Best Practice Award for Technology Expense Management,” said Josef Brikman, President at MTS. “Being recognized as an industry best practice leader reflects our continued commitment to provide our customers with a true technology lifecycle management solution that helps them manage their communications and IT assets in an optimal manner.”
“The Map-to-Win approach is to deliver a best-in class solution that meets the customer needs with on-time successful delivery. Customers’ satisfaction ensures repeat business, customer growth, and confidence in both MTS and the TEM industry. That’s a win-win situation for everyone.” concluded Mr. Brikman.
“Being recognized for the 2017 Best Practice Award by ETMA and our peers is a great honor. The success of this process is due in large part to the effort every team puts in,” said Jim Johnson, Co-Founder and CEO of Mobile Solutions. “From the sales and account management team for generating and maintaining the relationship, to the development team for creating a customized portal, the staging and kitting team for leveraging our technology and processes, all the way to the service desk for taking on the additional tickets, we work seamlessly to provide the best possible experience to our client.”
Jim Johnson added, “Being recognized for this best practice means a lot because of all we have done, not only for prospects and clients, but for our people. After all, shouldn’t a best practice benefit everyone involved?”
Joe Basili, Managing Director for ETMA, said, “this award shines a spotlight on MTS and Mobile Solutions. Competitors voted to determine the winner. Competitors are the toughest critics; they are also best positioned to determine which organizations truly exemplify the award criteria.”
The awards support ETMA’s mission of promoting the value of technology and telecommunications management, enhancing the category image and promoting service quality. Members cast one vote at the September meeting with absentee voting for those who were unable to attend the San Francisco meeting.
