ETMA, the Enterprise Technology Management Association, announced today that David Brownlee, renowned business coach and best-selling author of “Rockstar Service, Rockstar Profits,” will serve as the opening keynote speaker at the upcoming ETMA conference. The event is being held at the W Hotel Downtown in Atlanta September 24th through the 26th.
Brownlee is the founder and CEO of Pure Customer Service. As a best-selling author who has trained over a million businesses and individuals around the world, he is among the most sought-after business coaches in the country.
